Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Pass required state and company background checks
• At least 1 year of experience working with children in a professional setting
• Must be Wisconsin state qualified. Minimum coursework required is Introduction to Child Care and Skills and Strategies. A CDA or degree in ECE or related field is preferred. 

Job Requirements

1. Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally.

2. Knowledge of developmental stages relevant to age taught.

3. Willingness to participate in continuing education opportunities related to child development, child safety, and other relevant areas.

4. Knowledge of child abuse regulations.

5. Knowledge of current CPR and first-aid procedures.
